Several members have contacted me lately wondering why they aren’t getting the periodic emails that the board sends out to the members, or that they can’t log in to the site at all.
One of the common issues is that the members’ accounts are associated with an old email address. As a result, all communication from the website goes to an email inbox that isn’t being monitored.
If you are finding yourself in a similar situation, send me an email. I’ll update your member account email address and send you a notice letting you know that your account has been updated.
You can then log in and update your email address and choose a new password if desired. If you are having trouble remembering your password, read this.
